@Zenitsu This seems like a book you’d find interesting. There was a longer book by him called _Picoeconomics_.

One of the big ideas he has about procrastination is that you should treat individual choices to procrastinate as one’s general modus operandi. In other words, one hour of distraction = a commitment to procrastinate regularly. So you go “If not now, when?”
