There’s no such thing as “uniform” success, but in general, Jews are doing very well. Their TFR is higher than other people in the developed world, they are super-wealthy, they are generally quite happy and confident and members of the “cool/rich crowd” wherever they live, their admission to top universities is not being harmed by diversity if Ron Unz’s analysis can be believed (and I think it can be believed, since Jewish surnames are pretty clear, and mischlings are basically still Jewish usually).

This is always a zero-empathy cold take. It’s getting old.
Gentiles face serious pressures to conform due to financial power. In the elite culture, there also is a general pressure to be soft on minorities since minorities are the majority of the elite. Lastly, gentiles are in a moment of serious weakness, with severe civilizational guilt after realizing that the Imperialism of our past was wrong - not to mention slavery, etc. In this moment of guilt, we are quite weak and lacking in moral leverage against critics who can shut us down publicly with gaslighting: accusations of carrying the ancient sins of our people (racism/discrimination, holocaust/nazism, supremacy, close-mindedness).
Our precious, aggrieved minorities take advantage of our weakness like a predatory fish chasing the wounded fish.
This is not really proof that we are cattle. We are as cattle-like as the next people. Indeed, Jews are also cattle, for following their insane, monotheistic cult which has been responsible for so much evil in the world for so long.
We suffer from guilt. It is normal for humans to suffer psychologically from guilt - it’s a sign of morality and sanity. The real problem here is the outgroups who are manipulative and abusive with our guilt.

Anyway under the “If they’re so powerful then why are the powerful hurting their own in-group?” argument (the why are they importing muslims when they don’t along thing) it’s the same reason rich people like to defund police. The rich aren’t going to be dealing with those repercussions; you are. The rich doesn’t need public security when they can get private security. To the wealthy, it literally doesn’t matter what the poors are doing and you can’t have anarcho-tyranny without anarchy.
Rich people are so insulated that they don’t feel the effects of societal chaos. The rich don’t care about anarchy because it doesn’t hurt them, and it might even lead to system that protects their wealth better. This insulation is what grants them immunity.
So to ask why the people in the gated-community don’t care about people outside of their gate is silly. It’s the mistake in thinking everyone in the same nation are on the same boat; when really there’s a portion of people on the little life raft tied to the main ship.
There’s insulation by class and then there’s insulation by empathy. Jews are conditioned from a very early age to fear Europeans and their networks. You can’t even explain this to them, because they’ve been traumatized at their most general categories. Their semantic system is shot.

Insulation by empathy happens because of a persecution-complex.
You made a narrative/theory in which this persecution-complex can reasonably and consistently arrive but I disagree with it.
This is going to sound off-topic but I’ve started to see extremists as main characters and apolitical centrists as background characters and there’s a lot more background characters than main characters. These main characters are the ones that direct the large group of background characters; so everyone who says that fringe extremists are ineffectual minorities with no impact do not understand the art of a trendsetter.
Anyway the real reason I brought that up is because I believe a persecution-complex is rooted with a real and believable persecutor in the mix. However this persecutor is a fringe minority. Most people are not bullies out to get you but some are. Of course the person or group with a persecution-complex doesn’t think the fringe is out to get them but instead nearly everyone is. Like the extremist, these fringe cases are seen as ineffectual.
The reason I disagree with your example isn’t because it’s implausible but rather I think the power of fringe cases consistently breeds a persecution-complex in a much more universal way. Statistics are irrelevant to a victim who fears the fringe. Due to its universal nature; theres always going to be a scapegoat with a persecution-complex to take it’s predecessor’s place.
Another reason I bring this up is because while insulation by empathy is true; it’s also too chaotic to account for. For every paranoiac we have five Pollyannas to balance them out, which only makes a system that’s already chaotic even more chaotic.
