I have work experience all over the country, in multiple states, and this is my abysmal take away from the state of our current workforce.
- Companies do not higher for higher intelligence higher performing workers, they prefer low skill employees who don’t ask questions.
I have worked for several jobs now that deliberately cut corners, and always I am the one who gets into shit for pointing these facts out, while the employees who blindly follow the bosses orders are rewarded.
Exhibit A: A hotel I worked at the had carpet in the bathroom, which was flooded with vomit and shit water, which the company tried to make us vaacum and resale, to which I said “No, this is unethical and a biohazard, as the filth has already soaked through the carpet, and needs to be replaced.”
The good boy latino worker went right to work cleaning it, and I got a phone call from the owner who chewed me out for bringing it up.
Exhibit B: Hotel companies intentionally overbooking so that they can guarantee their profits, meanwhile we have to turn away several people a night during peak season even though they scheduled several months in advance. Does the company get penalized for this? No. Do all the other employees go along with it? Yes. Where does that leave me? In the same fucking position as always, getting shit from everybody for trying to be ethical.
Exhibit C: Another hotel that wanted me to lie about the price over the phone by not revealing the tax of the cost of their room. I explain that, given my years of sales experience, customers appreciate when people are upfront and sincere about what is being provided for them. The boss threatens to fire me if I don’t stop including the tax in the price I tell to the customer, so I quit, damned be my work history, my tolerance for this stupid crap after all these years is at an end.
- Companies and government programs creating numerous economic and social incentives for Migrant Labor, but not providing those same incentives to local workers (An issue that the older generation ignores, and insists that my generation is lazy and entitled, even though-)
Migrants receive free housing, free food, free transportation, in addition to wages that I would otherwise be receiving singularly, though sometimes, many of these companies that use migrant labor employ a distinct payroll for their migrant workers, often providing them more than if the base company itself had hired them.
Exhibit A: I have seen numerous migrant housing projects, in Idaho, Washington, Florida, etc. The states often go out of their way to build new housing even where none is available. As was the case in Idaho right on the border of Wyoming, where to employ a migrant labor force for their service industry they not only built an exclusively migrant friendly housing project, but provided tax breaks for migrants living in other conditions, as well as paying to transport them through the mountains DAILY while everyone else pays for their own gas.
Exhibit B: H1B workers who are housed in hotels paid for by international companies (As was the case for the hotel I worked in Florida), they paid practically nothing, and even had a small allowance for food and amenities to get them started. They imported around 100 of these people, housed 2 per room totaling about 50 rooms. They walked all over everybody and treated the employees of the hotel and other guests like shit, and the management didn’t do a fucking thing about it because they didn’t want to do anything that would harm the account. They would scream in the halls at night, throw their shitty toilet paper in the fucking trash cans and wreck the bathrooms, and even after months of this we received little to no back up.
Conclusion:
When Trump says “We don’t have talent here” in regards to native workers vs H1B workers from India, what is he saying? Why do the older generations constantly insist that we’re lazy when we are working for less than non-whites? The fact is, there are numerous incentives that could be allocated to galvanize the local workforce, the same people they so desperately insist is not skilled, are lazy, or who wonder why we are increasingly losing faith.
Just think, if they gave us the same tax breaks, funded our housing the same, funded our food, funded our transportation, we as Men would actually be able to provide something. But this modern workforce does not rewards Ethics, because Ethics is not a marketable position.
Consider this logically. Say we have two Whores, Whore A. and Whore B.
Whore A. only does Oral sex, but Whore B. does Oral and Anal Sex. Who is going to make more money? The woman with more principles? Or the woman with less principles?
Companies increasingly have less principles because the only way that they can keep up with the cost of things is by not holding themselves to any sort of sustainable standards. As a result of this, even the more principled people can start charging more money for their relatively more ethical products, such as Organic foods costing more because they aren’t GMO or subject to a bunch of crap. Thus things that should otherwise be a healthy and readily available commodity are increasingly pushed out of the price range of honest people, and through government programs and companies social incentives, these higher products are artificially brought into the hands of the Lesser Men of the world, who can afford these things where the more principled people cannot.
I am writing this in response to the fact that I was passed up on an agriculture job, and when I drove by the other day they had 20 Hispanic workers already working. It’s frustrating to see this shit time and time again. It’s frustrating that I have to submit 3 references and as many details about myself as possible just for my employer to nitpick the flaws in my information, and then offer the same job to men who don’t have to jump through nearly as many fucking hurdles as I do, and I know they don’t submit them to background checks because I’ve worked with them before, those same Hispanics who drink on the jobs, violate construction codes constantly, and blow all their money on booze. You’re telling me they can get the job, and there just isn’t a single fucking local worker among them? Not one person nearby who applied and got the position?
I’m sick and tired of being demonized for having ethics, while useful idiots and swine have carte blanche to run rampant over the world. But ya, I’m the deadbeat, I’m the lazy guy, I’m the one who needs to try harder and work for half as much as these fucking foreigners.
Needless to say I will work hard, as that is all I can do, but fuck man it’s just so tiring sometimes putting up with all of this, and not being able to talk about it with any Whites who are afraid of noticing the problem. Having coworkers and everybody else look at me like I’m crazy because I won’t just keep my head down and fall in line.
Just gotta remember it’s all gonna end soon, all this shit isn’t built to last. And the sooner is collapses the better.
