-Casting is interrupted by the enemy swinging
-Try to roll away and cast again
-Enemy has a halberd so it mindlessly pokes over at you from like ten feet
-Fight off the enemy by hitting it 128 times with the tiny knife that’s the only weapon you can use because all these spells have major Int requirements
-Kill off like three more enemies and realize you’re basically out of spells
-Run back to bonfire
-Actually try to go through somewhere
-All the enemies tax your spell charges, you get into tight corners where rats vibrate through you seven times a second whenever you start casting, at some point a random phantom invades and rolls through all your spells and wastes them
-Eventually reach the boss’ bonfire
-Sit at it and fight the boss
-Boss is ten feet tall, clears the space between you in like two seconds, either kills you in a single hit or stunlocks you like all the other enemies in this game do, an unblocked spell does a sixteenth of his health and a blocked one does nothing
-Later, fight a literal toddler baby zombie
-it hits me once and from that I have to watch my character’s three year-long recoiling animation getting interrupted by the toddler baby zombie tantruming my character to death
-Go online
-“THORTHERY IS SOOO OVERPOWWERRRED, LIKE IT’TH LIDDERULLY LAYTHERS, HOW CCAN LAYTHERS NOT BE OVURPOWERRED???! AND IT DUTH THO MUTCH DAMMIDJ, AND IT FLITHE A LOOOONG WAY!!!1”
-Try a strength build and it stunlocks everything to death, poise breaks every shield and has the resilience to take like three boss blows before dying, more if you block, and all requiring stamina that, if you put the right ring on, recovers in 1.25 seconds
-Equip a bow
-It literally has a sniper mode exactly like everyone erroneously claims sorcery does
