Why are people so fucking insufferable about the idea of inequality?

Ideals of equality went from “all free, undisgraced male citizens should have the same right to vote”, then through several phases to “everyone should have the same general opportunities”, where an opportunity is like an ‘input, output’ thing where a person has to be actually qualified (I consider this stage to be the idea) to then “Everyone should have the same opportunities and people who aren’t able enough to be able to provide the input to receive an output should just have the means artificially granted to them or done for them and everyone should treat it the same” and now equality is “everyone is the exact same on every front of life in every way, and if you suggest people can have greater or lesser value on a given front, i.e. in their ability or their wealth, that’s the same thing as decreasing or nullifying the base, moral value that the inferior person has as one who is a person”

I genuinely hate these people sometimes

Equality is a terrible guiding virtue because it is entirely fictitious. The pursuit thereof is an idealistic monomania which must do violence to everything real.

They hate reality.

Genuinely that is their entire thought process.

The reality of a natural inequality is mind-breaking to them to the point they make it a goal to somehow alter reality. However, the more they try to shove the inequality block into the equality hole, the easier it is to see.

Rather than conceding this barrier of reality, steeling their hearts to deal with it, and stepping over it, they try to tear it down brick by brick.

It’s ever-atomizing; votes weren’t enough, forced integration wasn’t enough, equal access wasn’t enough, DEI wasn’t enough. Nothing will ever be enough. You simply can’t make the lame walk.

I think a lot of it has to do with empathy. These types love to proselytize equality, but usually they just mean feeling bad for crying brown people. They often have a mental block in genuinely imagining what life would be like in the mind and body of another, and figure that the entire world is copies of them that simply have yet to be fiscally rescued.

Like I said, I like the idea of ‘equality’ where every opportunity that one qualifies for should be allowed. The word ‘equality’ is one of those ‘good words’ that has a million different meanings because people with an agenda either loosen it in order to make it apply to them (like Christian radio hosts who try to convince you that ‘freedom’ means ‘ability to do exactly what you’re supposed to’ rather than ‘wealth of options to take at will’ because they know that their beliefs have less to do with actual freedom than the American dream would like them to so they bastardize the word and make it lose all meaning) or shrink it so that only their radical (and often retarded) ideals qualify for it (like when ‘feminism’ now requires that you also support unrelated causes because retard activists can’t dissociate the different social causes that they get off to being sanctimonious about, aka ‘intersectionality’)

People are taught in school that in-equality = bad.

Never mind the fact that people living in different environments for thousands of years, and thus evolving for those environments, is going to cause rifts between different groups of humans.

People are also taught in school that race is literally just a skin color, and then in the real world they’re taught that they’re not allowed not to like rap music and irate yodeling at public venues because it’s somehow one with culture which is also one with race, which is somehow at the same time literally just a skin color. And even if they find this self-contradictory, because that skin color doesn’t automatically incur hatred in them even though they hate rap and yodeling, the nice Redditor screaming at them that they’re a KKK member has considerately bypassed this confusion by deciding for them that, yes, that color does cause hatred in them, because that can be the only reason they could ever dislike gub gub muhfugging bix nood walla walla bing bag sheeit nigguh, in da house, in da hood. No cap. You cannot hate any major stereotype of a black person without also believing that all black people embody said stereotype.

Also race doesn’t exist, even though it’s literally only skin color, which evidently does exist, and also is somehow ontologically inseparable from culture, which definitely exists, but race itself which is both of these things does not exist.

And if you’ve ever ever ever said ‘nigger’ in your life, that fact, the fact of you having said the word, is in itself inseparable from you hating black people and wanting them gone off the face of the earth, even if you actually don’t, because actually you do regardless of any evidence to the contrary because you said a bad word and therefore hate black people.

Oh, oh, oh, and genetics totally affects behavior, but conveniently it’s never any genetics related to race.
